“More than half of the world’s population lives on ten or less dollars a day.”

This is not just a number for us anymore, it has become real people living in real places; facing real problems. Kyrgyzstan is an examples of one such countries we have visited and seen this statistic come to life. We have seen Fathers struggle to take care of their families, mothers desperate for a better life for their children, and kids desiring their country to change but none of them know where to begin.

They all just know that something has to change. Fathers and young adults leave their country in hopes of finding a solution; while mothers are left raising their kids alone. Within all of these countries the most common thing we heard was that there was a lack of knowledge and resources.

We opened Businesses Beyond Borders in 2021 as a way for people in these countries to gain the knowledge and have access to these resources. Our focus goes beyond just teaching and offering simple, temporary, fixes but we desire a deep long lasting perspective shift!
